The K-drama actor appeared in a vlog of his YouTuber friend as he filmed their journey overseas.

Ahn Bo Hyun Refuses to Enter Maid Cafe in Japan

In KwakTube's channel, the South Korean hearthrob is being pressured by his friend to enter Maidreamin, one of the largest maid café restaurant chains in Japan.

The restaurant chain has more than maids serving in the 18 restaurants. Apart from Japan, Maidreamin also has a franchise in Thailand.

In the video, Ahn Bo Hyun was seen standing just right at the door.

He was hesitant to enter the themed cafe and was grabbing the door knob like it was his life.

Despite the actor looking uncomfortable entering the establishment, the YouTuber attempted to pursue Ahn Bo Hyun once more.

However, the "My Name" star makes it clear that he didn't want to enter the cafe and asked his friend if they could grab a coffee somewhere else.

"It's OK! It's not like the maids are going to kill you," the YouTuber said, to which the actor responded, "Come, I'll buy you something else" and mentioned a popular coffee chain instead.

In an online community, Ahn Bo Hyun's action garnered mixed reactions from viewers.

While some criticized the YouTuber for insisting on the actor trying the themed cafe, others find it endearing that Ahn Bo Hyunb refuses to go inside the maid cafe.

Other than this, the viewers were delighted to see the true Ahn Bo Hyun and his personality behind the camera.

The South Korean hearthrob is currently starring in the action comedy drama "Flex X Cop."

Taking on the role of Jin Yi Soo, he is a third-generation chaebol who unexpectedly joins the police force because of an incident.

To prove his worth to his family and to people around him, he wants to do well in handling the case and as a certified cop.

Interestingly, joining Ahn Bo Hyun on his K-drama comeback is "Yumi's Cells" co-star Park Ji Hyun, who played the role of detective Lee Kang Hyun.

Adding to the list of "Flex X Cop" cast members are Kang Sang Jun, Kim Shin Bi, Jang Hyun Sung, and Kwak Si Yang as Jin Yi Soo's older brother.

Meanwhile, viewers get to see the latest episode every Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m. KST.
