Popular Korean actress Kang So Ra talked about how she keeps herself slim by following a healthy diet and caring for herself. This happened during a very candid interview that was aired on YouTube.

Per Koreaboo, the interview was held in a video uploaded on April 16, entitled "Suddenly I was flooded with passion; I will never be a fangirl like this again," wherein Jo Hyun Ah interviewed Kang So Ra about her diet and management.
Regarding her diet, Kang So Ra explained her approach to eating vegetables. She said, "You really have to eat vegetables like a cow. If you don't, it's impossible to maintain. That's how it is for me." This quote shows her opinion about the importance of eating vegetables to be healthy.
Jo Hyun Ah shared the same opinion as her by saying, "Me too. I used to lose about 2 kilograms overnight after sleeping."
Kang So Ra added further insight into how her metabolism has changed with age. She said, , "That's right. I would recover in a day, but now if I gain weight in three days, it takes two weeks to get back on track."

Previously, Kang So Ra revealed on her own YouTube channel that at her thinnest, she was 168 cm tall and weighed 48 kg, highlighting her long-standing commitment to managing her weight.
She also described how she substitutes vegetables for staple foods like rice during meals. "I eat vegetables like rice. Instead of eating side dishes with rice, I eat side dishes with cabbage or broccoli," Kang So Ra said as reported by Naver.
She added, "Cauliflower causes a lot of gas, so broccoli is better," offering practical advice for others looking to follow a similar diet.
Her preference for Korean food remains strong as well. She explained, "I really love Korean food. I eat vegetables from a bowl. Vegetables are the only thing that let me binge or overeat. Boiled or steamed vegetables keep me feeling full for a long time."
When asked about her overall management routine, Kang So Ra was straightforward: "It's simple. Money and time." She elaborated, "I do everything—dermatology, home care, fitness. There's a big difference between when I take care of myself and when I don't."
