Actor Jo Dahl Whan succeeded in transforming his image.

On the KBS 2TV new special drama "Generation of Youth" (script Chae Seung Dae, Kim Jin Soo, Ko Young Oh, Lee Yoon Hwan, director Kim Jung Kyu) broadcast on January 15th, Jo Dahl Whan played the role of a real fist Poong Cha who led the Dobi gang with great charisma.

On this episode, there was a destiny like meeting of Poong Cha (played by Jo Dahl Hwan) and Jung Tae (played by Kim Hyun Joong, child role Kwak Dong Yeon).  The young Jung Tae comes to find the money that he earned in a difficult way but gets captured by the real fist Poong Cha.

Before this, Jo Dahl Hwan had attracted the attention of viewers in the role of Duk Pal in a multidimensional character in KBS "Chun Myung" and raised expectations with great quality acting that was stable.  Afterwards, he built a comic image on KBS 2TV "Our Town Entertainment".  He showed different stable acting and it raised expectations for the drama.

Meanwhile, with a large scale and fancy action, the 1930s drama features the love and loyalty of gangs from Korea, China, and Japan as well as friendship and fantasy  in a romantic noir drama.  The first episode rated 7.8% with great ratings about the passionate acting and fancy visuals.
