Lee Ki Kwang Drops Out Of “God’s Gift – 14 Days”

Idol-actor Lee Ki Kwang drops out of "God's Gift - 14 Days" to focus on his group's overseas promotions.

His management agency Cube Entertainment stated, "Lee Ki Kwang's participation in the drama "God's Gift - 14 Days" will unfortunately not happen. Due to his overseas activities as an idol singer, it will be difficult for him to schedule filming in Korea."

Likewise, a representative from the drama also confirmed this news, "It is true that Ki Kwang will not be able to participate in the drama productions. We tried to work it out with his schedule, but it was difficult to amend demands from both sides. We are still trying to look for his replacement."

Ki Kwang is supposed to portray the role of an idol rock group leader who becomes involved in the murder of a child after he finds her items in his van.

"God's Gift - 14 Days" is about a mother who goes back in time in hopes of saving her daughter. It will be directed by PD Lee Dong Hoon and writer by Choi Ran, and it is expected to premiere in March following the airing of "Kind Words".
