"Empress Ki" Ha Ji Won vowed to take over the Won Dynasty.

On the 37th episode of MBC Monday/Tuesday drama "Empress Ki" (script Jang Young Chul, director Han Hee) broadcast on March 11th, Ki Seung Nyang (played by Ha Ji Won) vowed to take over the Won Dynasty.

On this day, Ki Seung Nyang and Ta Whan (played by Ji Chang Wook) succeeded in driving out the Yeon Chul (played by Jun Gook Hwan) family and reached revenge that they were seeking.

As Ta Whan's execution orders came down, Yeon Chul said, "You people, this is all something that can be seen.  Just watch. Ki Seung Nyang is going to ruin this country" and said his last words.

Yeon Chul also told others on the same boat as Ki Seung Nyang - Ta Whan, the Empress, and Baek Ahn - to be careful of her and suffered a death by the hands of Baek Ahn (played by Kim Young Ho).

Until he died, Yeon Chul pointed to Ki Seung Nyang and she said, "He taught me well.  I will make my son the emperor and surround myself with people from the Koryo dynasty.  I will rule the emperor" she said to herself.

In actuality, Ki Seung Nyang had no desire to make her child - born from herself and Ta Whan - to be crowed prince.  She just wanted to get revenge on the enemy Yeon Chul's family.  However, she was triggered by Yeon Chul's words and said she would rule the emperor as it will be interesting to see how events unfold.
