Although the bout ended in a draw as neither competitor was able to submit the other, Eddie Bravo controlled more of the grappling exchanges throughout the match. After the Eddie Bravo vs Royler Gracie rematch, MMA site "The Underground" has reported that Eddie Bravo and Royce Gracie got into an altercation backstage after the match.

According to the report, Eddie Bravo had suffered an adrenaline dump after the bout and ran to the locker room to throw up. Royce Gracie then found Eddie Bravo and reprimanded him for disrespecting the Gracie Family. Royce Gracie was looking to get into a fight, but spectators backstage separated the two and stopped the situation from escalating.

Would this lead to an MMA fight? Rumors are circulating that while an MMA match is not a possible, a BJJ match between the two is.
