"Dr. Stranger" Lee Jong Suk led the surgery as Park Hae Jin.

On the 3rd episode of SBS Monday/Tuesday drama "Dr. Stranger" broadcast on May 12th, Park Hoon (played by Lee Jong Suk) pretended to be Han Jae Joon (played by Park Hae Jin) and led surgery.

On this day, Park Hoon receives a favor from Lee Chang Yi (played by Bora) and goes to deliver water at the Myungwoo University Hospital.  There, he finds the girl that he had seen at the playground (played by Kim Ji Young).

Park Hoon saw that the girl's father was not In good health and suggested that he gets an examination.  At this time, the girl's father couldn't breathe well and the situation worsened.  The child asked other doctors for help but because there were a lot of emergency room patients, the child could do nothing but wait.

After a lot of hurdles, the patient was brought to the surgery room but there was no one to operate on him so he had to wait.  The child predicted that something bad would happen and asked Park Hoon to do the surgery and gave him 500 won.  She begged saying, "I want to be with my father." Before, the two had been in a conflict over the 500 won.

In the end, Park Hoon put on Han Jae Joon's glasses and wore his hat into the surgery room.  The other medical professionals in the surgery room realized that he was not Han Jae Joon and started to stop Park Hoon but Park Hoon continued to go forward with the surgery.  As soon as he finished the surgery, he ran away from the security individuals that Oh Soo Hyun (played by Kang So Ra) had called in and added tension to the drama.
