'Hotel King" Lee Dong Wook, Confesses About Past
"Hotel King" Lee Dong Wook confessed to Lee Da Hae about a pain that affected his past.
On the 12th episode of MBC weekend drama "Hotel King" broadcast on May 18th, Cha Jae Wan (played by Lee Dong Wook) and Mone (palyed by Lee Da Hae) spent a very happy time.
On this episode, Jae Wan thought that this was a day that was a gift and spent a great time with Mone like any other couple.
However, this was only temporary. He realized that he wasn't meant to be with Monet and took off his shirt saying, "Look. Cha Jae Wan in front of you has hated someone for decades and may live cursed thinking that he wants to kill someone" and showed a hidden side.
With the death of Mone's father Ah Sung Won (played by Choi Sang Wan) he learns that Lee Joong Goo (played by Lee Duk Wha) is his birth father. To consummate a love that he had held in, he showed his past on his own.
However, Monet was shocked and cried saying, "I'm sorry" and hugged Jae Wan. At this, he was also tearing and acted as if he couldn't continue his words.
Like this, the two people showed their feelings for each other and it looked as if they were getting closer. But this happiness was limited as Monet went to the police station with Joong Goo's scheme and it ended in merely a dream. In the end, he bowed down to Joong Goo to save her and made the ones seeing this feel unfortunate.
Lee Dong Wook was great in acting with restraints and described sides of him that showed complexity receiving great reviews.
Meanwhile on this day, Jae Wan did not even look at Monet and was cold as viewers felt hurt. "Hotel King" is broadcast on Saturdays and Sundays at 9:55PM.
