"Game of Thrones" season 4 spoilers are up and HBO has released still photos of the next episode "The Mountain and the Viper" where the fight-to-the-death between Prince Oberyn and Ser Gregor Clegane will commence. Meanwhile, Nicolaj Coster-Waldau talked about how losing his hand was the best thing for Jamie Lannister.

The still photos show a worried Ellaria Sand looking at her lover Prince Oberyn taking on The Mountain, a forlorn Sansa Stark, The Hound and Arya Stark still continuing their quest, Danaerys doing what queens do, and Tywinn Lannister looking very menacing.

The still photos released by HBO, however, did not have one of Prince Oberyn nor The Mountain so it's hard-pressed for fans to make some educated guesses for "Game of Thrones" season 4 spoilers.

However, the teaser video which serves as official "Game of Thrones" spoilers reveal Theon Greyjoy's torturer, Reek, asking a question before sending the broken fourth child of Lord Balon Greyjoy.

"What'll you tell them?"

"I'm Theon Greyjoy, son of Balon ..."

Then Reek then gives last-minute instructions to Theon Greyjoy to do his bidding.

Sansa Stark is being questioned by the council at Eyrie following the death of Lady Lysa Arryn. She says: "Lord Baelish has told many lies ... I have to tell the truth."

Over at the north of the wall, Jon Snow warns his friend Samwell Tarly to prepare for battle since Mance Rayder's army, including the dreaded Thenn, is ravaging village to village, and "we're next."

Meanwhile, in an interview with Vulture, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister) said: "It's so much easier with the gold hand. I mean, for me, as an actor, the fact that he loses his hand is the best thing that can happen to him - I couldn't have thought of anything better to happen to that character, because it's such an obstacle, and it forces such a change out of him."
