"Glee" actress Becca Tobin's boyfriend was found dead in a Philadelphia hotel room a little after 1PM on Thursday, according to NY Daily News.
Matt Bendik's body was discovered by a maid at Hotel Monaco, police said.
It's reportedly unclear where Tobin was during the time of her boyfriend's death.
Police said there were no obvious signs of foul play and that Bendik's body was taken to the Medical Examiner for an autopsy, Philadelphia media reported. No evidence suggests he committed suicide, according to E! News.
No drugs or paraphernalia were found in the room that 28-year-old Tobin shared with her boyfriend.
Becca Tobin, who plays Kitty Wilde on "Glee," was accompanying her boyfriend to the city and the couple was out with friends on Wednesday night, according to TMZ.
"Matt was in Philly for business. No one knows what happened as of right now. It is extremely sad and tragic. He was such an amazing guy. He was in love with Becca - they did everything together. They were so in love," a source stated.
Bendik ran Hollywood hot spots DBA and AV and got into the nightclub business when he was 15-years-old. He worked as a promoter for Whiskey a Go Go on the Sunset Strip before studying business at Cornell University.
As news of Bendik's death surfaces, Becca Tobin's fans have been posting messages of support for the actress.
"Stay strong Becca! We love you," wrote one fan, Brittany Heath.
