FIFA trashed Uruguay striker Luis Suarez plea to at least shorten his long ban due to biting Italy's Giorgio Chiellini. Because of FIFA's lack of care on th case, Suarez's lawyer has condemned the organization.

Alejandro Balbi, the Liverpool star's lawyer, appered angrily amid FIFA's decision on the four- month, nine-match suspension. Nevertheless, he said that they will also file an appeal to the Court of Arbitation for Sport or CAS.

The ban also says that Suarez is suspended from all football activities, and not just the World Cup. He also have to oay a fine of 100,000 Swiss francs ($112,000).

'We hope they revoke this sanction that is blatantly draconian, totalitarian and fascist,' said Balbi.

'The right of a footballer to work is being violated, and football should be worried about that. The nine (international) games may seem excessive, but the fact that he can't watch a game of football, or train or carry out his job, we are talking about unpleasant things.'

Even though Suarez has initially denied the claims, he, after some time admitted that he indeed sunk his teeth into Chiellini's back during the game. The Italian said that he accepts the apology, and hoped with Suarez that his ban shall be lessened.

'Luis recognised his error but we've seen that for FIFA saying sorry is not an important factor,' added Balbi.

'Justice will take its time but it will come.

'We knew that FIFA would uphold the ban because they are corporatists. We will not stop, we are going to go to the CAS and we will keep taking the juridical path that is available to us.'

The Uruguay player will have to miss the Premiere League, where Barcelona bought him from Liverpool for more than 12 billion dollars.

It is also already his third to bite a player on the field.
