KCON 2014 is getting ready to take over Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena with some of the hottest acts in Korean entertainment and will deliver two exciting concerts.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon, Girls’ Generation, CNBLUE, and B1A4 are among the dynamic line up of performers who will be featured at KCON.

This year, the organizers of KCON have increased their efforts to appeal to fans of Korean drama and other aspects of Korean entertainment fandom.

KCON is more than two nights of k-pop concerts. Fans will have the opportunity to interact, through fan engagements, with some of the top acting idols in Korean entertainment.

KCON 2014 will feature a greater focus on acting idols.

Fans of Lee Seung Gi will have an unprecedented opportunity to see the vocalist and k-drama star. Lee Seung Gi is among an esteemed roster of acting idols that will attend KCON. KCON will provide a chance for audiences who enjoyed dramas such as “Gu Family Book” and “You’re All Surrounded” to see him in the U.S.

IU will make her U.S. performance debut at KCON 2014. Beyond her career as a solo vocalist, IU has starred in popular K-Dramas including “Dream High,” “You’re the Best, Lee-soon Shin,” and “Pretty Man.”

Jung Yong Hwa, who is currently filming the first installment of the epic period drama “The Three Musketeers," will be present at KCON with CNBLUE. CNBLUE stands out from most K-Pop groups, in that every member of the group has appeared in a k-drama.

Each member of Girls’ Generation has appeared in cameo role on a Korean drama, since the group debuted in 2007.

Jessica pursued acting through her supporting role as Kang Jong Hee in the 2012 drama “Wild Romance,” while Seohyun appeared in a supporting role for “Passionate Love.”

Yuri maintained an on-going role for the sitcom “Unstoppable Romance.” She also starred in the 2012 drama “Fashion King” and the popular film “No Breathing.”

Sooyoung has also actively pursued an acting career. She has held leading roles in k-dramas “The 3rd Hospital,” “Dating Agency: Cyrano.” It was recently announced that Sooyoung would return to television as Yi Bom Yi in the upcoming drama “The Springtime of My Life.”

YoonA is one of the most active acting idols in Girls’ Generation. She has led four k-dramas which includes her recent role as Nam Da Jung in “The Prime Minister and I.”

B1A4 were one of the final additions to the KCON lineup. B1A4’s Jin Young starred in the 2013 tvN drama “She is WOW,” while Baro has won over the hearts of k-drama fans with his performances in “Reply 1994” and “God’s Gift-14 Days.”

VIXX appeared together in episode four of “The Heirs.” N is currently acting within a supporting role as Noah on the MBC weekend drama “Hotel King,” while Hongbin portrays a high school student on “Glorious Days."
