Ryan Gosling And Eva Mendes: Couple Having A Son; Gosling Still Hung Over Ex, Rachel McAdams?

According to reports, parents-to-be Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are having a baby boy!

However, new allegations have surfaced claiming Gosling was not thrilled about fathering Eva's baby.

A source close to The National Enquirer said Ryan planned to end things with Eva, only to find out she was pregnant:

"Ryan was surprised, especially because they had broken up early last year, only to get back together."

The couple has been in an on and off and relationship in the entire three years they have been together.

The tensions mainly came from Gosling's refusal to commit, and the ghost of Ryan's ex, Rachel McAdams, popping up once in a while.

Ryan was reportedly unhappy that "The Notebook" director, Nick Cassavetes recently released a statement in public about Gosling and McAdams. A source said:

"Ryan called Nick and voiced his displeasure about him talking about his ex-girlfriend,"

 "Rachel is definitely a source of ongoing tension between Ryan and Eva."

"The Notebook" director recently commented that the former lovers didn't get along in the set of the movie. He said Ryan nearly booted out Rachel from the set.

Word has it that Gosling just feel forced to commit to Mendes in marriage for the sake of the child he fathered. Things got worse for Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes when they disagreed over how they wanted their nuptials to take place.

The conflict between Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes has been so bad, it constantly stressed out pregnant Eva.

"Eva is constantly tired. All she wants to do is rest, so she's following her own instincts-as well as expert advice-and spending most of her time in bed, which she intends to do until the baby arrives."
