Taylor Swift Yahoo! Livestream has made tons of Swifties happy!

One of Taylor's avid fans, Amber Ashley, a University of Southern Mississippi graduate, wrote a 500-character essay, discussing about life insights. Ashley sent it for Swift to read, as reported by The Clarion-Ledger.

Ashley, a Brookhaven native, entered the competition to meet the singer in New York for the Taylor Swift Yahoo! Livestream, where Swift revealed details about her new album, "1989."

Ashley commented on how she was moved by Swift's lyrics, according to The Clarion-Ledger:

"Her lyrics speak to my soul,"

"Her music inspires me to never give up, it's helped me through breakups and gives me a boost of confidence to keep going and be proud of who I am."

88 more fans, out of the 5,000 who applied, were picked to attend the Taylor Swift livestream event. Ashley was thrilled that she was one of the chosen fans to meet Taylor face to face:

"Taylor herself helped pick out who was selected, so I thought that was pretty neat,"

"I've never been to New York City, so I did all the sightseeing...and did a double-decker bus tour at night and it was really beautiful."

Ashley narrated her unforgettable experience in the Taylor Swift Yahoo! Livestream in New York, saying:

"We had to meet at a hotel at 1 p.m. that day, and give a secret password and sign a media release form and they took all our cellphones because they didn't want anything to leak,"

"We walked over to ABC studios and had a quick snack and we went to a set they built with couches and chairs that looked like a loft apartment."

The next thing Amber and other fans knew, Taylor was on hand to meet them in person!
