Penny Dreadful Season 2 Spoilers: Will There Be More Dead Bodies Next Season? Producer Shares Sneak Peek Photos Of Props And A “Fresh Hell”
Scripts have already been given to the cast of Showtime's gothic horror series and producer Christopher King gets in the mood of sharing some 'Penny Dreadful' season 2 spoilers!
The show's producer shared two sneak peek photos of what's happening in the 'Penny Dreadful' production.
His first snap revealed the title for season 2's premiere episode, "Fresh Hell."
He called out to the show's fans via Twitter, saying, "#Dreadfuls @SHO_Penny John Logan is at it again. Season 2 scripts are fantastic. How about some #freshhell?"
Reeve Carney, who plays the immortal Dorian Gray, previously revealed some 'Penny Dreadful' season 2 spoilers as well.
He told Enstars that Dorian will be meeting a new love interest in the next season after being left heartbroken by the mysterious Vanessa Ives played by Eva Green.
He also shared the same sentiments as King, tweeting his amazement at Logan's script for the second season.
Carney posted, "Just read the first episode of Season 2 of @Show_Penny... My goodness... Boy, am I excited...!!! :) #johnloganrules!!"
Logan already promised fans at the San Diego Comic Con of a season two that would be much different from the first one.
"The cosmology, the theology of the show gets much larger- they're thrown into a much more threatening supernatural world," he said.
Christopher King uploaded one more 'Dreadful' photo to Twitter. This time, the picture portrays a row of skull props lined up on a table.
The producer noted that this scene is "Just a typical Tuesday making skulls for #PennyDreadful Season 2 @SHO_Penny #Dreadfuls."
Will the newly added series regular, Madame Kali (Helen McCroy) reveal a roomful of dead bodies? Or will there be a secret underground labyrinth full of bones and decaying corpses?
Fans can find out what the skulls are for when the second season airs on Showtime next year.
