After his recent comments, it can be safe to say that T.I. is officially over all the racist rumors regarding Iggy Azeala.
According to XXL , magazine, the "King of the South" suggest that people don't even have the right to say these things.
“That pisses me off,” T.I. said, reported the publication. “Simply because they don’t have any real substantial grounds. ‘I don’t like them.’ Why? ‘Just ‘cause.’ What you mean just ‘cause? Since when do you get the right to judge people? Who died and made you the emperor of Egypt?"
One of the rumors that T.I. really can't stand is that Azalea is a racist.
"Then the things that they accuse her of, like the racist stuff. That’s not even in her," said Tip.
The maker of "Medicore," which features Azeala, thinks that the criticism might have to do with the newcomer being from Australia.
"Me knowing her, knowing where she comes from—for real, the whole racist thing, that’s American—we forget, she’s not American," said T.I.. "So the whole Black, white, color divided thing, it isn’t a part of her DNA like it is here in America.”
Lastly, T.I. reiterated that he does not write Azeala's music. He stresses that the Aussie girl has her own mind.
“I ain’t no ghostwriter,” he said. “[She] got her own ideas and thoughts that she presents to the world her own way. I couldn’t write a lot of the sh*t she say, you know? I couldn’t put her thoughts into words as articulate as she does. She just has a different way of presenting herself and her art.”
