George Clooney Wedding: Italian Media Allegedly Spread Details; Former Rome Mayor To Marry The Actor And Fiancee, Amal Alamuddin?

The upcoming George Clooney-Amal Alamuddin wedding details are in trends in several online news site.

Previously, reports alleged that Clooney and his fiancée will be wed in a register office in London. However, the George Clooney wedding details shifted to a 360 degree turnaround when the actor hinted that he'll be getting married possibly in Italy.

While attending a charity event in Florence, The Hollywood Reporter alleged that Clooney dropped this statement:

"I met my lovely bride-to-be here in Italy, whom I will be marrying in a couple of weeks, in Venice of all places."

The Italian media have allegedly spread details of the actor's nuptials, as reported in The Hollywood Reporter. The Italian press alleged that Clooney and Alamuddin will be married by Rome's mayor and the groom-to-be's good friend, Walter Veltroni. This was reported by Corierre della Sera last Monday, as indicated in the article in The Hollywood Reporter.

The actor sees his good friend a wonderful fit to officiate the upcoming George Clooney wedding, saying:

"I consider him to be a great friend, like Obama

 "Few people rarely have something very special, the ability for leadership, as well as great speaking skills, like Obama. In Veltroni I felt the same power."
