Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' Telluride, Colorado home is up for sale.

The Daily Mail UK reported that after nearing its 20 years in existence, the cozy home that Cruise purchased while he was married to Nicole Kidman is up for grabs with a selling price of $59 million.

 Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' Telluride home was the perfect setting for the former couple in a Vanity Fair photo session in 2006. It was the opportune time for the couple to use photography as a means to make newly born daughter, Suri, visible to the public eye.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' Telluride home was also the place where the then-married couple enjoyed the summer with their daughter, away from the media's scrutinizing eyes, as reported by The Daily Mail UK.

The Daily Mail UK reported that Cruise has decided to put the home up for sale since nobody spends time at the majestic home anymore since he and Holmes divorced.

Cruise's property agent, Bill Fandel said that his client has assigned him the task of selling the property.  Fandel allegedly made this statement in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, as reported via The Daily Mail UK.

The home is a wooden lodge style house. This property is comprised of four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and of course, log fires that keep the entire place warm during colder seasons.

The home was perfect for the couple's little daughter back in the day, furnished with a sizable library and entertainment room for kids.
