Is The Hateful Eight cast finally revealed?
Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight leaked teaser trailer is now making the rounds and we can't help but ask, will this threaten the movie release date in December 2015? Early this year, the script leak made Quentin Tarantino abruptly cancel the project and plan on just continue working on a novel instead.
All sites that posted a free download of the script were sued by the topnotch director and sought for at least $1 million per infringement claims and statutory and punitive damages. While the teaser trailer is now up, take a good look at it and take note of the character names:
Major Marquis Warren as The Bounty Hunter
John Ruth as The Hangman
Daisy Domergue as The Prisoner
Chris Mannix as The Sheriff
Bob as The Mexican

Oswaldo Mobray as The Little Man
Joe Gage as The Cow Puncher
General Sandy Smithers as The Confederate
Some of the rumored actors who'll most likely play these roles were Samuel Jackson, Bruce Dern, Michael Madsen, Walton Goggins, and James Remar and Kurt Russell. But one hot scoop is the involvement ofHunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence who will probably play as the The Prisoner, as per The Collider.
However, such speculation was instantly denied by JLaw's publicist who said: "Despite internet rumors, her reps have confirmed she's not doing this project."
As we keep our fingers crossed for the calm response of Tarantino on the leaked trailer, here's the synopsis for The Hateful Eight taken during the live-read of the script:
"The Hateful Eight follows the steadily ratcheting tension that develops after a blizzard diverts a stagecoach from its route, and traps a pitiless and mistrustful group which includes a competing pair of bounty hunters, a renegade Confederate soldier, and a female prisoner in a saloon in the middle of nowhere."
