Z3 may look bigger because of its shape but in reality, there's not much of a difference between the two units when it comes to dimensions. Z3's 5.51 x 2.87 x 0.36 inches and Z10's 5.12 x 2.58 x 0.35 inches. But if weight is a concern, particularly to find comfort when used with only one hand, Blackberry Z10 at 138g is a better choice than Blackberry Z3 at 164g.

Z10 may have come later (released Jan. 2013) than Z3 (released May 2014), but it is the one that has higher display resolution - 768 x 1280 pixels. Z3 only has 540 x 960 pixels.
Camera
Most people will think that because Z3 is newer than Z10 it will have higher camera quality but this is not the case as Z3's rear camera is only five megapixels while Blackberry Z10's camera is better at eight megapixels. With front-facing camera, it's still Z10 that's the winner with two megapixels as against Z3's 1.1 megapixels. Both Blackberry handsets, however, have the same full HD resolution camcorder.
