Hugh Jackman may have gotten rid of his locks for the "Pan" movie, but he certainly retains his good looks. The hunky "Wolverine" star joins the star-studded cast, which includes Amanda Seyfried, of the latest take on the fairy tale classic.

Movie Moron has included the "Pan" movie in its list of most-anticipated films in the coming summer of 2015. It is the latest big screen adaptation of J.M. Barrie's classic tale, which follows the adventures of an orphan taken to the magical world called Neverland.

Hugh Jackman plays the role of the bad guy as the pirate Blackbeard. To create his look for his part, he has shaven all of his hair off. Garrett Hedlund would fill in the shoes of the younger Captain Hook. Variety added that Amanda Seyfried would also be joining the cast as Mary. New thespian Levi Miller would be Peter while Rooney Mara would portray Tiger Lily.

And lest forgotten, there would be a mermaid too in the person of Cara Delevingne, reported Mirror. The actress and model who has gone through pains of training for her role has recently been reported to cause some troubles in the set when she missed her flight to London from Los Angeles.

That aside, Variety reported that Jason Fuchs would pen the latest take on this classic story that was set during the World War II. The tale started with the young male orphan Peter who was abducted by a group of pirates and taken to Neverland. There he discovers his true destiny: to be the savior of the enchanted land terrorized by the horrible pirate Blackbeard.

The characterization of Peter would differ from that of the other versions. Also, the manner in which the world of Neverland is created acquires an international approach. Movie Moron reported that aside from Joe Wright taking on the director's helm, the script itself was featured on Hollywood's 2013 Black List.
