'Supernatural' has been known to throw in some meta story into the show without being too cheesy about it. The show made fans laugh with 'The French Mistake' but this latest episode did that and so much more.

In the written words of Entertainment Weekly's 'Supernatural' 200th episode recap, "I laughed, I cried, I gasped, and then I laughed some more."

Those words sum up fans' reactions for the milestone episode that the CW show offered. 'Fan Fiction' was indeed "a pure shout-out and thank you to the fans," as Jared Padalecki (who plays Sam Winchester) mentioned in earlier interviews.

In the episode, Sam and Dean investigated a teacher's mysterious disappearance at an all-girls' academy. They eventually ended up sitting through a musical written in their honor as they attempt to kill Calliope, the goddess of poetry. The brothers figured out she had a habit of devouring the authors of literary works that she liked and Marie - the play's writer and director is her next target.

The 'Supernatural' 200th episode was packed with so many puns, self-poking jokes, as well as poignant moments that (real-life) fans of the show relived and appreciated in such a short hour.

The classic 'Ghostfacers' cheer, Bobby Singer's "you idjits!" as well as the Samulet brought laughter and tears to its audience. Even Adam (the Winchester's half brother who was also dragged into hell with Sam in season 5) was there!

Another amazing part of the show was the songs although cheesy and hilarious (as a high school musical warrants) served as a reminder of the show's 10-year history.

The Rent-like rendition of 'Wayward Son' brought man tears to the Winchesters as well as all the other 'Supernatural' fans watching the episode.

The songs are currently available on iTunes!

The most "epic" part of the episode, however, would have to be Chuck Shurley's (Rob Benedict)long-awaited cameo!

Will we see more of him in upcoming episodes?

Jensen Ackles teased about another male cameo in the episode and the internet suspected that it would be Chuck. The missing writer/God appeared in the milestone episode with just one line which was somewhat enough for everyone.

As Chuck told Marie towards the end of the hour, the 'Supernatural' 200th episode was "not bad" at all.
