Austin Mahone And Camila Cabello Break Up Still Unclear; Fifth Harmony Member’s Mom Slams Hollywood Life For The ‘Atrocities!’
It was just a couple of weeks ago when Austin Mahone and Camila Cabello caused uproar on social media for admitting their real relationship status. The Fifth Harmony member revealed the real score between her and the "Mmm Yeah" singer via a TV guesting and Mahone later confirmed the news through Twitter.
He even called her "an amazing girl" during a Teen Vogue interview. He also revealed that they have "the best time together."
Less than a month after admitting to it on air, however, Cabello casually mentioned that their budding romance had already come to an end.
"We're actually not together anymore," she reportedly told Kiss 96.1 while being interviewed for the group's new single "Sledgehammer." "Hey, things happen ... I need some mistletoe action,"
Hollywood Life promptly published an article saying that the 18-year-old singer allegedly "accused her of using [the relationship] to sell albums."
Austin Mahone and Camila Cabello may have been broken up already but the Texas native quickly took to Twitter to clear up the rumors against his ex-girlfriend.
"@HollywoodLife that's the most ridiculous reason I've ever heard... Nothing like that even happened at all. Idk what source u guys talking 2," the young singer posted on Wednesday.
However, he still did not mention the real cause of the breakup. He wasn't alone in defending the "Boss" singer either.
According to J-14, Cabello's mother, Sinu, also took to social media to slam the publication for its "atrocities."
The since deleted tweets called out the gossip site for making her clean "more tears in the last three days [than] her [daughter's] whole life."
The older Cabello also pointed out that she had to delete her daughter's Twitter and Instagram applications from her phone because of all the hate mail.
The 17-year-old singer herself posted a positive tweet to her fans on Wednesday before announcing that she will be taking a break from Twitter for a few days.

In honor of Thanksgiving, however, she tweeted a long list of things that she was thankful for.
