'The 3rd Hospital' What Secret Does Soo Young Have To Keep From Oh Ji Ho?

In episode 11 of the tvN drama 'The 3rd Hospital' viewers find out of Ee Jin's possibly fatal tumor and that she must keep it a secret. 

After Ee Jin (played by Choi Soo Young) finds out about her tumor she meets with Seung Hyun (played by Oh Ji Ho)'s father. His father (played by Park Geun Hyung) tells Ee Jin "Please don't tell Seung Hyun about your brain tumor. He lost his own mother to the same disease, I can't make him go through that again."

A watery eyed Ee Jin says "Does that mean I have no chance of survival? I'm going to die, aren't I?" She holds back her tears and complies "I won't tell Seung Hyun."
