'May Queen' Is This The End Of Han Ji Hye and Jae Hee?

Are Chang Hee and Hee Joo really calling it quits on MBC 'May Queen'? 

In the final scene of episode 16 you see Hee Joo (Played by Han Ji Hye) approching Chang Hee (Played by Jae Hee) on rocks by the beach.

She asks him "Why haven't you been picking up my calls?" and when he looks up at her she puts her hand on his face and says "Oppa, what's wrong with your face? Are you sick?"

Chang Hee slowly removes her hand from his face and says "Let's... Break up." and the shot shows Hee Joo's shocked face as the episode goes to credits.
