Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce might be dismissed by the court.

It's almost a year since reality star Khloe Kardashian filed a divorce from her hubby Lamar Odom. According to reports, the reason why the filed divorce might be dismissed is that Lamar has failed to respond to Khloe's petition- in that case, it will likely be dismissed in 45 days in no further action is taken.

A source from Radar said, "Khloe has been advised by her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, to formally enter a default judgment of divorce, which would render her single again. With Lamar failing to respond, Khloe is well within her legal rights to go forward without him."

"But even after all of the heartbreak Lamar has caused Khloe, there is a hesitation on her part to do anything. If nothing is done, in the next 45 days, it will be dismissed by the judge," the source added.

Meanwhile, Kelly Chang Rickert, Certified Family Law Specialist told Hollywood Life, "Khloe likely received a notice from the court, which states unless something is done to further her case, it will be dismissed. Since the divorce was never finalized, once the case is dismissed, they will need to refile for divorce to start the process again. In the meantime, they will remain married."

The Kardashian reality star Khloe admitted on an episode of "Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons", "If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar. Even right now today I wish I was still married to him."

Furthermore, last Christmas, the reality star posted a message on Instagram, saying she would "I'll never let go of the memories."
