Kim Soo Hyun & Jun Ji Hyun Will Be Present At The SBS Drama Awards

On December 29, representatives for Kim Soo Hyun and Jun Ji Hyun confirmed their attendance at the upcoming SBS Drama Awards.

A representative for Jun Ji Hyun confirmed her appearance, which was made possible due to an adjustment in her schedule.
Kim Soo Hyun and Jun Ji Hyun are nominated for the Best Couple award for their performance in the 2014 hit “My Love From The Stars.”

Jun Ji Hyun is a strong favorite for the grand prize award. Her appearance at the SBS Drama Awards will be the first time she has participated in the ceremony since she received the New Star Award in 1999 for her drama “Happy Together.”

This confirmation addresses speculation surrounding many of the top stars who would not be present at the awards, due to scheduling conflicts.

“It’s Okay, That’s Love” stars Jo In Sung and Gong Hyo Jin are also nominated for the Best Couple award but will not be in attendance.

Park Hae Jin, who gained acclaim for his starring roles in “My Love From The Stars” and “Doctor Stranger” will also be absent from the ceremony due to scheduling conflicts. Rain is also expected to be absent from the 2014 SBS Drama Awards.

The SBS Drama Awards will be held on December 31.
