Jessica Biel's pregnancy is keeping the actress healthy and fit, for a healthy baby delivery. E! Online reported that Jessica Biel's pregnancy motivated the actress to follow a strict diet and fitness habit to nurture the health of her unborn child.

An insider revealed to E! News that Jessica has made organic gourmet products parts of her daily meal plan:

"She has been having deliveries from local farms so she can eat fresh organic produce and be as healthy as possible throughout the pregnancy," the insider reveals. "Being healthy is really important to her. She is very aware of the importance of eating well. She wants to have the best pregnancy possible."

Jessica Biel's pregnancy has had the actress rely on organic food delivery services, Paleta, for her daily healthy meals.

The source added that:

"She's in her third trimester now and feeling good. She has stayed active during her pregnancy and tried to get in as much exercise as possible,"

"She loves going hiking or on walks. She also does yoga at home and light stretching. She has spent a lot of time at home and plans to slow down on travelling in the next two months...she's embraced being a homebody and taking it easy."

Jessica and husband singer, Justin Timberlake, are due to welcome their newborn sometime on March or April this year.
