'Kill Me Heal Me' Ji Sung's Chair Comedy
Was there a hidden ad lib in this scene of "Kill Me Heal Me?"
On Feb. 6th, the official homepage of MBC Wednesday/Thursday "Kill Me Heal Me" showed a behind the scenes video of the filming set. In this video clip, the office life of Shin Se Ki (played by JI Sung) had been featured. Shin Se Ki was a character that brought a lot of laughter on the 10th episode.
In the meeting room, Hwang Jung Eum and Choi Won Young were thinking of ways to bring Se Ki out of the meeting room. At this moment, they made an impromptu suggestion. In the end, Se Ki was sitting in the chair and got dragged out of the conference room. More than that, there was a very important line said by Director Ahn (played by Choi Won Young), "I don't touch. It's only the chair." This ended up being an ad-lib line.
Even outside the meeting room, it seemed like there were many funny ideas. Director Kim Jin Man who was in charge of the directing said, "We're like Gag Concert. This is comedy" as he wanted to help Se Ki show his comical side as much as possible. Ji Sung also said, "It's something weird when you do in normal life but something really funny on TV."
