Taylor Swift Passes Madonna At The Grammys; ‘Shake It Off’ Singer Couldn’t Believe Material Girl’s Compliments On Her Music! 56 Year-Old Singer Said She ‘Can’t Get [Swift’s Songs] Out Of My Head’

Taylor Swift passes Madonna backstage at the Grammys, but the "Shake It Off" singer couldn't believe Madge admired her music.

Taylor Swift apparently can't get over the idea Madonna actually likes her music; in an interview with Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson, the singer was practically gushing at the Queen of Pop's compliments.

Robinson first caught Madonna on the red carpet, where the latter dropped the compliments towards Taylor.

"She writes some damn catchy pop songs," the 56 year-old singer said. "Can't get them out of my head."

Robinson asked the singer which of Taylor's songs she liked best, Madonna said "The one where she growls in the middle. She gets kind of crazy!"

The Queen of Pop also admitted Swift's best single to date "Shake It Off" makes the cut.

Taylor was practically floored when Robinson relayed Madonna's compliments to her, afterwards; she couldn't believe the Material Girl listened to her songs.

"Stop! I will pass out. You can't - don't be lying," the "Fearless" singer gushed. "Oh my God. Oh my God! I've been so scared to meet her because it means so much to me. When she first said something nice about me in the press a couple of weeks ago, I was like, 'There's no way it's real, it's too good to be real!'"

Taylor rubbed elbows with plenty of celebrities during the 2015 Grammy Awards night, including Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. The singer was also on her feet during Madonna's matador-themed performance last Sunday, was practically beside herself and rocked it out with the crowd.

Taylor Swift passes Madonna backstage afterwards, and it's apparently the first time the two singers got in real close. Madonna posted their photo on Instagram, captioned "Shaking it up backstage with Taylor!!"
