'The Mentalist' Series Finale Spoilers: Episode 12 & 13 Promo Previews The Highly Anticipated 'Jisbon' Wedding In The Two-Hour Season 7 Conclusion [VIDEO]

The moment we've all been anticipating is almost here: "The Mentalist" series finale airs this Wednesday! Patrick Jane's swan song will likely be emotional for fans, but the Season 7 conclusion is guaranteed to be satisfying. Are you ready to witness the long-awaited "Jisbon" wedding? The "Brown Shag Carpet" (Episode 12) and "White Orchids" (Episode 13) promo preview teases the "Jisbon" wedding and return of Wayne Rigsby and Grace Van Pelt.

"Will you marry me?" asks Jane as he proposes to a gorgeous Lisbon.

"Yes!" she replies enthusiastically.

The promo tugs at our heartstrings as it gives us a preview of what's to come on the emotional two-hour finale.

"Be there when their new life begins, as 'The Mentalist' comes to an end," explains the voiceover.

Although the conclusion of the beloved series will likely be bittersweet, executive producer Bruno Heller has promised "it's going to be a happy ending!"

"The beauty of being able to end a series when and where you want to is that you can deliver a happy ending. The last episode will be a kind of joyful encore, as opposed to a whimpering exit," explained executive producer Bruno Heller in an interview with TV Guide.

Robin Tunney, who plays Patrick Jane's partner Teresa Lisbon, also chimed in. "We want to give the fans a great ending -- something that's worthy of all the time they've invested in the show," says Tunney.

"I feel like [the finale] treads new territory and that the fans are going to be satiated. It gives it an ending, and it does give you an idea of what these people's lives are going to be after," asserts the star actress who plays Lisbon.

As we previously reported, the official CBS press release states that on the series finale, "Jane and Lisbon decide to tie the knot, but a killer's quest for revenge may cost them their happy ending...Original cast members Owain Yeoman and Amanda Righetti return for the series finale."

"Brown Shag Carpet," Episode 12 and the penultimate episode of Season 7, will air first at 8 PM ET - and it's going to be thrilling to say the least! According to the official synopsis, "Jane agrees to once again pretend to be a renowned psychic and be used as bait in an attempt to lure out a serial killer and give the FBI a chance to apprehend him."

Later, at 9 PM ET, the final episode ever of "The Mentalist" will air on CBS. On "White Orchids," Episode 13 of Season 7 and the true series finale, "Lisbon accepts Jane's surprise marriage proposal, but a killer's quest for revenge may cost them the happy ending they've worked so hard to achieve."

"Brown Shag Carpet" (Episode 12) and "White Orchids" (Episode 13), the penultimate and finale episodes of "The Mentalist" will air consecutively on Wednesday, February 18.
