In "Bluebird House" Jung Won Joong showed the hardships of a middle-aged person who works at corporation.

On the 16th episode of KBS 2TV "Bluebird House" (script Choi Hyun Kyung, director Ji Byung Hyun) broadcast on Apr. 12th, Kang Jae Chul (played by Jung Won Joong) was shown to be someone who was exiled by the company to a demoted position.

On this day, Kim Jae Chul was trying to raise sales and had made a mistake.  Because of this, Jae Chul was penalized.  His new task was to do loan consulting outside.

Kang Jae Chul said to the person who was also doing insurance consulting, "I guess you came out for an outdoors picnic. It's good that the winter has passed.  It's much better than the stuffy indoors because it's springtime."  With that, he gave words of consolation.

Nonetheless, the other colleague said, "That person who passed by is several classes behind me.  That person was the one that I trained.  Three of those have passed by" and showed how he was suffering.

Kang Jae Chul said, "I have two so I guess I lost.  I'll buy you a drink tonight.  It's nice to have you here.  There's someone to have drinks with later too."
