"You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" IU loses her money to a crook who pretended to be a representative from an entertainment company.

March 10, the second episode of the KBS weekend drama "You're the Best Lee Soon Shin" featured Lee Soon Shin (IU) getting fooled by a crook who gives her a fake contract and takes her money.

IU's mother Kim Jung Ae (Ko Doo Shim) asks the crook (Kim Kwang Kyu) pretending to be Shin Joon Ho (Jo Jung Suk), "Do you really think my daughter has a talent?" The crook answers, "Just leave your daughter to me. I'll make her a top star within six months."

The crook adds, "Let's sign a contract right away" and takes out a fake contract with a request to deposit $20,000 into his account. Both Lee Soon Shin and Kim Jung Ae become extremely excited and say, "Is this a dream?" They quickly deposit the money but the rest of the family members don't know how to react.

However, Lee Soon Shin receives a phone call soon after saying that somebody had taken out a loan in her name. It turns out, the crook used Lee Soon Shin's personal information to take out a loan in her name at a private banking company. The amount for the loan was $10,000. He had used her and run off.

Within a matter of minutes, Lee Soon Shin had a $10,000 loan. She cries, realizing what she had done.
