'Warm And Cozy' Ratings Inch Up
According to the June 25 report from Nielsen Korea, "Warm and Cozy" recorded 7.6 percent of nationwide viewership.This was an increase from the ratings recorded for the thirteenth episode on June 24.
Romance grew stronger for the Hong Sisters' drama, as Gun Woo (Yeon Yoo Seok) struggled with his feelings for Jung Joo (Kang So Ra). Several misunderstandings led the pair towards what appeared to be the conclusion of their close friendship. Gun Woo failed to verbally confess his feelings to Jung Joo but left a clue behind which tipped her off to his true sentiments.
The highlight of the episode was the wedding of the hotelier and Jeju Island diving woman, which was beautifully delivered. Jung Geon (Lee Seung Jae) expedited his marriage to Hae Sil (Kim Hee Jung), as he continued to fear that she would discover the truth behind his connection to the death of her husband. While he was indirectly involved, he bore that knowledge that she would not be happy once she discovered that Gun Woo's father was the person responsible for his untimely death.
"Warm and Cozy" continues to showcase the splendor of Jeju Island, along with the unique aspects of its local culture. The series will conclude next week
"Mask" experienced a drop in ratings, lowering from its double-digit status. Ratings for the series have fluctuated as the dramatic plot lines continue to heat up. "Mask" recorded 9.7 percent which was a drop from 10.8 percent.
"Masked Prosecutor" rounded out the ratings report with 5.9 percent.
