"A Hundred Year's Inheritance" Eugene's father does not approve of her relationship with Lee Jung Jin.
The 33rd episode of the MBC weekend drama "A Hundred Year's Inheritance" featured Min Hyo Dong (Jung Bo Suk) making it clear that he will not allow Min Chae Won (Eugene) to continue her relationship with Lee Se Yoon (Lee Jung Jin).
Min Hyo Dong asks, "You two are dating, right?" When Min Chae Won is unable to answer her father's question, he adds, "I do not approve. Between a man and a woman, two sides must be balanced. If not, something will go wrong."
He continues, "To be straight forward, when you married your ex-husband you were treated poorly for the first three years. You went through so much emotional pain and physical pain" and "It's obvious that the same thing will happen again with this guy. I can't just watch it happen again."
Even though Min Chae Won's mother tries to argue that Lee Se Yoon is different, Min Hyo Dong does not budge and insists that he is the same.
Yang Choon Hee (Jeon In Hwa) tells Min Chae Won, "Chae Won, I disagree with your father. Love isn't meat, you don't need to weigh it on a scale. Just do what your heart says. I'll be supportive no matter what." She then asks, "Chae Won, you are in love with that man, right?" However, Min Chae Won is unable to answer.
