"Gu Family Book" Lee Seung Gi and Bae Suzy Kiss Scene "Interrupted Two Times Already!"
"Gu Family Book" Lee Seung Gi and Bae Suzy's kiss scene has been ruined two times now.
May 28, the 16th episode of the MBC drama "Gu Family Book" featured Choi Kang Chi (Lee Seung Gi) and Dam Yeo Wool (Bae Suzy) about to kiss when they are interrupted once again.
In this episode, Choi Kang Chi learns that General Lee Soon Shin (Yoo Dong Geun) has been experiencing a lot of difficulty in the village because of his care of the half-beast. Jo Kwan Woong (Lee Sung Jae) had spread the news that Choi Kang Chi is a beast and now everybody in the village wanted to kill him.
In order to prove to the people that he is not dangerous, Choi Kang Chi calls all the people in the village to gather. Choi Kang Chi asks the people, "Are you all curious about whether I am the child of a beast?" and "I will show you myself."
Everybody from the village gather to watch Choi Kang Chi, including Jo Kwan Woong and Lee Soon Shin. Choi Kang Chi says, "I am furious that I am being described as a beast." Jo Kwang Woong tells Choi Kang Chi to take off his bracelet, claiming that he heard from a source that the bracelet keeps him from turning into a beast.
Right then, Dam Yeo Wool appears. Dam Yeo Wool and Choi Kang Chi exchange assuring glances at each other. Relieved at her presence, Choi Kang Chi takes off his bracelet. Choi Kang Chi remains human and people exclaim, "Choi Kang Chi is really human!"
Later that night, Dam Yeo Wool and Choi Kang Chi sit down under a tree full of blossoms to talk. Choi Kang Chi puts his arm around Dam Yeo Wool and slowly approaches her for a kiss. Dam Yeo Wool closes her eyes, preparing herself for their first kiss. Right as their lips are about to touch, somebody shows up looking for Choi Kang Chi.
It was a man sent by Dam Pyung Joon (Jo Sung Ha) to call for Choi Kang Chi for a meeting. Disappointed, Choi Kang Chi stares at Dam Yeo Wool's lips for a moment but says goodbye without a kiss.
After this episode aired, viewers responded with comments like, "First kiss interrupted twice already. How disappointing" and "I thought they would kiss for the first time today.. I was fooled".
