It has only been more than a month since it was first reported that Sandra Bullock has a new boyfriend.

And now, many have been surprised over news that the Oscar-winning actress is allegedly engaged to her main squeeze, Bryan Randall.

"They had spent time alone in Austin with Jen and Justin, and when they were alone and back at Sandra's house - Bryan proposed," Life & Style magazine reported, as quoted by Celeb Dirty Laundry.

According to the report, Sandra Bullock's boyfriend didn't have a ring when he proposed to the actress. Was the "Miss Congeniality" star disappointed that Randall didn't seem to have made a big event out of popping the question?

It doesn't seem so. In fact, Sandra Bullock was reportedly overjoyed by his boyfriend's gesture.

"Bryan didn't have a ring, but he had tears in his eyes when he told Sandra 'I want to spend the rest of my life with you.' She said 'yes' right away, and they are already planning a secret wedding!" the source continued.

However, one matter needs to be settled if Sandra Bullock and her boyfriend are going to get married - does the actress' son approve of her mother getting married? Is he ready to have a step dad?

It may not be clear whether Sandra's son likes her new boyfriend or not. However, it may not be surprising if Bryan Randall have made efforts to make his girlfriend's son like him.

After all, a previous report mentioned that Bryan Randall also has a son of his own.

"Like Bullock, Randall is also dad to one kid, but the similarities don't stop there," Us Weekly previously reported.

People close to the actress are reportedly very happy that she found a man who makes her happy.

"Sandra's boyfriend is very attractive," an insider told Us Weekly in a separate report.

"He's super hot but also super normal," another source dished out. "She's clearly happy with him."
