Pokemon Game Series Games: 'Super Mystery Dungeon' Review, Gameplay

Among the newly released Pokeman game series games is the 'Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon. 

What differentiates the 'Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon' from similar titles is that it takes the "role-playing" game characters into a more challenging surroundings of a "roguelike dungeon crawler, the Destructoid said.

While the "Super Mystery Dungeon' goes back to address some of the problems facing earlier titles, it still has the enhanced graphics of "Gates to Infinity."

The gameplay is different from other games, while it retains the traditional Pokemon game goal of a "must catch 'em all" philosophy. The best part is that "Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon" is a Pokemon game series game that uses all 720 Pokemon, while exploring dungeons. 

The game features an introductiion which is a personality test. The test is used to determine which characters will represent us - 20 of the starting Pokemon, and a partner.

Here's the gameplay for Pokemon includes "a human who has been turned into a Pokémon and has lost their memory," Destructoid reported. "The Pokéhuman wakes up in confusion to find that they're being attacked by a group of Beheeyem, but they're quickly led to safety by a kind Nuzleaf with a southern accent who shows them the ropes and brings them into town." 

"Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon is an excellent spin-off title for the Pokemon franchise, one that proves that "children's" games do not always have to be incredibly easy, do not have to always contain a terrible story, and can have an excellent soundtrack (yes, the music is really, really good)," reported NintendoEnthusiast. 

"Sure, the main campaign might be a little too linear for my liking, but the game vastly opens up after its completion. Truly, the lack of marketing and promotion for Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon is appalling to me, as it is easily one of the best games in the spin-off series, and one of the best 3DS games released this year."
