Although Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson have had their brushes with Zayn Malik after announcing that he's quitting One Direction, Harry Styles have managed to keep his nose out of the mess.

Back in October, Harry Styles was even diplomatic when sought for reaction about how One Direction is evolving after Zayn Malik's exit.

In an interview with Coup de Main magazine, per Seventeen, he said that One Direction is going to change because "there was one less of us."

"Obviously the album sounds a little bit different since you're missing a voice that was there before, but we've very much grown stronger, probably through the realization that we all have the same goal for a lot of things," he said.

However, a video clip of Harry Styles kicking a cutout figure of Zayn Malik thrown by a fan on stage during a recent performance has gone viral.

But a source told Hollywood Life that there's no bad blood between Harry Styles and Zayn Malik.

"Harry Styles thought it was pretty funny to see the cutout of Zayn's head on stage. He laughed it off and didn't really think about it much afterwards," the alleged source claimed. "It was inadvertent shade when he kicked it off stage because he tries to remove anything in his way when stuff is thrown on stage."

The insider continued, "For the most part he was happy it wasn't a cell phone or something hard that could have potentially hurt him. He has had a history of getting things thrown at him on stage that has really hurt so this was a pleasant change of pace. He'll take cardboard any day because anything is better than a bottle or something else to the face."

To date, Zayn Malik has yet to respond over the incident where Harry Styles kicked his cardboard cutout off the stage during the One Direction concert.
