David Foster's Frequent Absence To Blame For Split With Wife Yolanda?

Yolanda Foster has opened up about the divorce from David Foster as the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star claimed that his career has been a bane to their marriage.

In a blog post, Yolanda Foster said that her continuous struggle with the Lyme disease has given her a fresh perspective about live and those that surround her.

"Becoming chronically ill has definitely given me a greater understanding of human nature, and I've learned to accept people's lack of long-term compassion for others while they live their busy lives," she wrote.

"I miss the days of what now feels like my old LIFE: the hair, the makeup, a sexy dress, but most of all being in a healthy body. At the end of the day, I now value to be 'real,' not to be 'perfect.' I still like to believe though that no beauty shines brighter than that of a good heart," she added.

During the episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Yolanda Foster has revealed that David Foster has not really cut back on his commitments even after she was diagnosed with Lyme disease.

"He's a man. He needs to work. He has a career," she said. "He travels. He does charities all over the world. It's been like that since the day that I met him, and that shouldn't change because I'm sick."

In a Twitter post, Yolanda Foster also weighed in on the split from David Foster as she wrote, "We've grown apart but my love & respect for @officialdfoster is still the same, he's been very good 2 me so pls don't judge our journey!"

One of her followers, however, could not help but comment, "He was married 4 times and has 5 children. He couldn't be bothered w/ a sick wife. That's not love!"

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, Yolanda Foster, and the music producer, David Foster, released a statement confirming their split.

"Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," it said. "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."
