Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian continue to act civil toward each other as they make a conscious decision to co-parent after their split.

Just recently, the former couple took their three-year-old daughter, Penelope, to lunch at Lovi's Delicatessen in exclusive neighborhood, Calabasas, California.

"Kourtney, 36, gave Penelope a piggyback as they left the restaurant, before sweetly carrying the youngster in her arms while she dozed off," said Daily Mail.

"Meanwhile, 32-year-old Scott walked a little way in front of his ex at first, but then stood by his side and gazed adoringly at their daughter - even wrapping an arm around her at one point," it said.

Scott Disick was reportedly on the a mission to get back Kourtney Kardashian after the split, and TMZ.

said that his plan appears to be working.

"Scott and Kourtney have been spotted out together a bunch since he wrapped up his inpatient rehab stint," the article said. "As we told you, Disick's dumping his Bev Hills party palace ... partly to show Kourt he's serious about cleaning up his act."

Meanwhile, Life & Style magazine reported that not only Scott Disick is confident about getting back Kourtney Kardashian after the split, he wants another baby with the "KUWTK" star.

"Scott is getting himself back in Kourtney's arms by his recent change in behavior...It has made him confident that things are going to work out," the article claimed. "Add that with all the recent excitement of Saint joining the Kardashian family and it's shown Scott that he would be happy to have another child with Kourtney."

Back in July, the split between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick was all over the tabloids, and the reason pointed to his love of alcohol and women.

"Kourtney has always taken Scott back and been by his side, but now with three kids it has gotten old," E! News reported back then. "Kourtney has to do what's best for the kids."
