Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson And Girlfriend Lauren Hashian Welcome First Child, It's A Baby Girl!
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and his long time girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, welcomed their first child together, a healthy baby girl, reports confirmed.
Only a month after revealing that they were expecting their first child together, former WWE star, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, welcomed their first daughter into the world on Wednesday Dec. 16, according to a report by E! News.
Dwayne revealed via his Instagram followers last month that he and his girlfriend are expecting a baby girl by posting a photo of him and Lauren's baby bump.
"I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more," the Instagram photo was captioned, according to The Hollywood Life.
"IT'S A BABY GIRL!! THANK YOU guys so much for the awesome support and love you've sent @laurenhashianofficial and myself from around the world," Dwayne Johnson continued. "We're so grateful for this blessing and thrilled to share the news with y'all."
The 43-year-old former wrestler, who is also the father of a 14-year-old daughter from his previous marriage to ex-wife and manager Dany Garcia, is said to be "very emotional and excited" with his girlfriend upon seeing their newborn daughter, an insider told E!,
The report added that both Hashian and the baby girl are "both doing so well."
The source also said that the new parents are said to be "beyond happy for this next chapter in their lives."
Lauren, who is a singer-songwriter, also took to Instagram earlier this week to reveal to her followers that she is becoming a mother in no time and that she wished that the baby won't take after his dad.
"I know I'm late to the party..." Lauren wrote on Instagram. "Sometimes life gets full and busy in the best ways :)... So grateful and in awe of this time. To experience creating a little life is just incredible..."
She continued, "This beautiful cycle of life and womanhood beginning again. And like Big Daddy says - Couldn't be prouder of all the kickass women she's going to have around her! And Men of course ;)..."
She also joked she hope the baby would not weigh 20 pounds by adding the hashtag #LetsJustHopeBigDaddyDoesnt=20lbBaby.
Dwayne Johnson and Lauren Hashian have been dating for almost ten years.
