"The World of The Married" Recap: Is It Obsession or Love for Sun Woo and Tae Oh?

Sun Woo and Tae Oh met after two years of being divorced. A lot of things have changed, but it seems like they are still holding back on their feelings for each other.

After meeting with Park In-Gyu and trying to get rid of his bribery, Tae Oh headed to Sun Woo's house. Late at night, Sun Woo watched their wedding video and took a sip of wine. Tae Oh barged in and asked her to leave Gosan. He expressed his feelings to let her know that his life is perfect without her presence. He walked away as Ji Soo felt the pain in her heart.

Sun Woo visited Hyun Seo at her workplace to check if she's okay. She's worried as Park In-Gyu would follow and hurt her for what happened. Hyun Seo advised her not to see her again and told her that she's doing well. Da Kyung saw them in the lobby and confirmed that Hyun Seo and Sun Woo are still in contact. Da Kyung asked the reception for Hyun Seo to be her physical therapist.

After the treatment, Da Kyung asked her if Hyun Seo is still working for Sun Woo on spying on her. Hyun Seo dismissed her question and instead answered that she doesn't look happy even if she is married to Tae Oh already.

Da Kyung discovered her husband is still doing things about his ex-wife behind her back. She's holding on and enduring all the pain. Her parents visited and wished to spend dinner with their family. Tae Oh stayed at home and took care of Jenny.

Chairman Yeo was worried about his daughter's married life. He asked her if things won't work, she can come back to live with them. Da Kyung reassured her father that she trusts her husband, and their marriage is fine.
Dr. Kong called Sun Woo for a quick meeting. He advised her that Dr. Kim will handle and take the new position as associate director of the hospital. He needed to assist him with the transition. Dr. Kong shared that TO Productions are donating a large amount for the whole year; hence, they needed to make necessary adjustments. Sun Woo was furious at how things turned out. 

She went to meet Chairman Yeo at the golf club. She said donating a large amount was not the issue, but him intervening is. Chairman Yeo pointed out that he will do everything in his power to make Da Kyung happy and get rid of any distractions that will come her way. He offered Sun Woo to leave Gosan and start a new life with a good amount of money.

Dr. Kim assured Sun Woo that he is only trying to protect her and doing Chairman Yeo a favor. Sun Woo told him to stay away from her son. She felt terrible because he betrayed her while she is emotionally unstable. 

Ye Rim and Je Hyuk were about to start having a baby for their family, but she decided to end their marriage and file for a divorce until she received pictures of her husband sleeping with another woman. Je Hyuk tried to stop Ye Rim, but she wanted to end it and start a new life outside Gosan. Je Hyuk found out that Tae Oh planned everything to let the girl seduce him and cheat on his wife. He got back at Je Hyuk for what he did to Sun Woo. The next day, Sun Woo visited Ye Rim and talked to her. 

Meanwhile, Park In-Gyu met Hyun Seo and bought her expensive jewelry using the money Tae Oh paid him. He planned that they would marry as soon as things are settled.

Hyun Seo confirmed with Sun Woo that Park In-Gyu is into something illegal as he spends a large amount in a short time after he comes out of jail. Sun Woo got his address and visited Park In-Gyu to witness if he was involved with a previous harassment incident in her place. Park In-Gyu denied the allegations and asked her to leave before he beat her more. Sun Woo recorded her conversation with Park In-Gyu for evidence.

She decided to leave Gosan and asked for help from Sun Woo to send her off to the train station. Sun Woo comforted her and bade her farewell. Little did they know that Park In-Gyu was in search of Hyun Seo to stop her. He searched the station and saw Sun Woo leaving at one of the exit areas. He went inside and went down to the waiting area. He found Hyun Seo hiding in the elevator, trying to escape.

While waiting for the train and ready to embark, Hyun Seo saw Park In-Gyu in the crowd and tried to hide, but he caught her before she could run far.
