Jang Geun Suk Has Been Officially Discharged From The Military

At one point or another, our favorite Hallyu actors to charismatic K-pop idols take a hiatus from the entertainment world and go off the screen and stage to perform their obligation as part of the mandatory military service in Korea.

Male celebrities will be considered regular civilians for almost two years or more as they fulfill their military service. Note that they have to keep a low profile while serving, that's why we can only see very few pictures of them while in the military and sometimes zero.

Meanwhile, Jang Geuk Suk has been officially discharged from the military service! He was released on May 29 and appeared on "Kim Young Chul's Power FM on June 1. This was the actor's first official activity.

The actor spoke about his future plans, especially about his acting career. The actor loves to listen to "Kim Young Chul's Power FM" every day at eight in the morning when he is on the way to work. He feels fantastic to be part of the show, and he said that morning radio shows like Kim's are great because it has a lot of energy. That is why he appeared on the show after his discharge.

The actor continued to talk about what he has been doing lately. He would typically get up at a set time and then go home after work. The actor even spoke about his weight. He said he gained weight since he would usually sit down a lot. He also thought that this was not right, so he has been working out every day since a year ago. 

Jang Geuk Suk started working at a very young age, and he was only five years old after a talent agent discovered him.

When they talked about his former dramas, he mentioned his 2008 drama "Beethoven Virus." He said that although they used to hate him, but through this drama, he said that men started to like him as well. For his most memorable drama, he picked "Hwangjini." He said that he was able to refresh himself by going from a child actor to an adult actor because of this drama. Jang Geuk Suk added that all his works are precious.

The actor went on talking about his plans, and he asserted, "I felt bad to my fans for appearing in production once every few years. If an actor doesn't act, how can he continue being an actor? I want to star in productions continuously."

And lastly, the actor mentioned that he is not afraid of breaking and ruining himself when he does something. He can prepare for a new look if there is a need to.

Jang Geuk Suk is an actor, and he wants to challenge himself from producing variety shows. Nothing is stopping this actor from coming back into the spotlight.
