Because of this, Hyun Soo runs to Do Ji Tae (Kim Sung Kyu) for help. He then is able to defeat his huge life bully after using the strategy he learned from Do Ji Tae.

Shin Jung Han Gears Up for Counterattack

Shin Jung Han wakes up one day extra prepared and fierce for Hyun Soo's trial. Although he wanted to help Hyun Soo on his own, his ex-wife Hong Jung Ah's (Kim Young Ah) words of encouragement really helped him pull through.

During the trial, he points out loopholes that he found with his eyes in the investigation reports provided by the police. In addition to that, Hong Jung Ah, a senior researcher at the National Forensic Service, stands on the witness stand.

She reveals that two knives were missing from Hong Guk Hwa's (Hwang Se On) house, hinting at the killer's enjoyment for knives and manipulation.

The atmosphere becomes heavier and darker as Kim Hyun Soo, who was playing with a pen, throws the pen with a sinister look on his face, saying "And if I really killed her?," raising tension and curiosity.
