‘One Ordinary Day’ Episode 7: There’s Something Wrong with Kim Soo Hyun
Kim Hyun Soo (Kim Soo Hyun) and Shin Jung Han (Cha Seung Won) long to prove the former's innocence. However, in the previous episodes, Kim Hyun Soo's resolve crumbles as moments before the murder incident flashes in his mind. "One Ordinary Day" episode 7 aims to bring light to fans and viewers' unanswered questions.
'One Ordinary Day' Episode 7: Kim Hyun Soo Stays Vigilant
Hyun Soo returns to prison after stirring up a commotion in the courtroom. His death sentence is on the line, and his lawyer Seo Soo Jin (Lee Seol) shed tears of guilt for not being able to help Kim Hyun Soo.
Despite his personal dilemma, it didn't stop his fellow prisoners to beat him up until he bled Park Doo Sik (Yang Kyung Won), whose eyes are darted at Kim Hyun Soo anywhere he goes, tortured the poor college student.
Because of this, Hyun Soo runs to Do Ji Tae (Kim Sung Kyu) for help. He then is able to defeat his huge life bully after using the strategy he learned from Do Ji Tae.
Shin Jung Han Gears Up for Counterattack
Shin Jung Han wakes up one day extra prepared and fierce for Hyun Soo's trial. Although he wanted to help Hyun Soo on his own, his ex-wife Hong Jung Ah's (Kim Young Ah) words of encouragement really helped him pull through.
During the trial, he points out loopholes that he found with his eyes in the investigation reports provided by the police. In addition to that, Hong Jung Ah, a senior researcher at the National Forensic Service, stands on the witness stand.
She reveals that two knives were missing from Hong Guk Hwa's (Hwang Se On) house, hinting at the killer's enjoyment for knives and manipulation.

Because Hyun Soo is left-handed, and the autopsy report says that the force and impact of the knife stabs were from a right-handed person, the burden on the accused person's shoulders were much lighter than before.
Enraged, prosecutor Ahn Tae Hee (Kim Shin Rok) tries to counterattack by revealing the witness' relationship with Kim Hyun Soo's lawyer. However, it failed after Hong Jung Ah refuted that the jury needed to hear every different opinion in the courtroom.
There's Something Wrong with Kim Hyun Soo
The atmosphere becomes heavier and darker as Kim Hyun Soo, who was playing with a pen, throws the pen with a sinister look on his face, saying "And if I really killed her?," raising tension and curiosity.
