However, the question is, how does Lee Joon keep his physique at its tip-top shape despite his crazy schedule?

Lee Joon Workout Routine

The singer-actor adapts his workout routine depending on his upcoming project.

For the Netflix series, Lee Joon and the rest of the cast had to undergo low and zero gravity training to master the movements as if they were walking in outer space.

Gong Yoo also revealed that the spacesuits are quite heaving, especially with complete gear like helmets, so they have to have strong stamina to endure wearing the suit through the production.

Interestingly, the South Korean heartthrob did a lot of preparation for his debut movie with Rain in "Ninja Assassin."

Lee Joon played the younger version of Raizo, played by the Hallyu star and because of it, he felt deep pressure saying, "My heart is pounding like crazy because it's only a month until the release," he said but shared that all the hard work totally paid off after watching the whole movie.

According to outlets, the former MBLAQ member and Rain trained together and did martial arts training.

Lee Joon tried his best to workout and train to perfectly portray the younger version of the actor.

During his preparation for "Ninja Assassin," he admitted that learning martial arts was the "most difficult" training he experienced.

Moreover, he had to make sure that Lee Joon's workout routine is balanced through his dietary patterns.

"The weight and martial arts training were the most difficult. But I was able to follow a normal dietary pattern whilst Jihoon Hyung had to follow a strict diet routine along with training; thus, it'll have been harder for him. The martial arts training is one of the worst ordeals that I had to go through," he mentioned.

In 2011, Lee Joon appeared in one episode of "Live Info Show," where he talked about his experience being a member of the five-member dance group MBLAQ.

It is safe to say that aside from being the lead vocals, he is also the face of the group due to his undeniably stunning visuals and was dubbed "an all-round idol."

"I was known for my good physique," he joked.

When asked who he thinks is the "momzzang" or the man with the stunningly attractive physique in showbiz, he immediately mentions Rain.

"My older friend Rain is absolutely the best," Lee Joon mentioned.

There's no doubt why Lee Joon picked Rain as his fitspiration. "The Ghost Doctor" star looks ripped even at 39.
