On her Instagram post last May 2, the female star received backlash from the public as she's caught to have broken the rules when she visited the canyons in the United States. She captioned her post with "Hiking Through Wonders," in the pictures, Han Ye Seul seen touching and stepping on the rocks while posing for photos.

Hours after the "Birth of a Beauty" star shared the pictures on SNS, American Koreans started to talk about the inappropriate gesture of the actress. The netizens criticize her for breaking the rules and regulations while touring the Antelope Canyon, located in the American Southwest, on Navajo land east of Lechee, Arizona.

The said tourist spot has five separate scenic slot canyon sections namely, Upper Antelope Canyon, Rattle Snake Canyon, Owl Canyon, Mountain Sheep Canyon, and Lower Antelope Canyon.

In the provided professional guidelines, tourists should refrain from touching the canyon, for it might damage the rocks during the tours. There's also a sign at the entrance to the canyon that reads, "No rock climbing around the canyon." However, with all these warnings, Han Ye Seul failed to follow the rules.

Meanwhile, the "20th Century Boy and Girl" star has not given any statement yet about the undiscerning action she did abroad.
This is not the first time that Han Ye Seul became a hot topic in multiple online communities. In May 2021, she was embroiled in various rumors about her personal life. However, she decided to take legal action against people who spread false rumors about her.
