Kim Ji Won Narrates Previous K-Drama Experiences
Kim Ji Won started acting in 2011 in the hit Korean sitcom "High Kick! 3," then she became known when she starred in the 2012 SBS rom-com K-drama "To The Beautiful You."
The following year she headlined the star-studded "The Heirs." Since then, new opportunities opened for the South Korean beauty.
In her recent chit-chat with The Swoon, the 29-year-old star looked back on her career and shared how each of her dramas impacted her.

Kim Ji Won said that among the K-drama characters she portrayed, she is mostly similar to Choi Ae Ra of "Fight for My Way" for her cheerful personality, while her role as Yoon Myung Ju of "Descendants of the Sun" resembles her tenacious side.
She added that her latest character, Yeom Mi Jung of "My Liberation Notes," is pretty close to her personality today.

Why is 'Descendants of the Sun' a ' Miraculous' Project for Kim Ji Won?
Kim Ji Won said that she's fond of Yoon Myung Ju's character because she could learn a lot from her. She admitted that among all the dramas, "Descendants of the Sun" is what she considers a "miraculous" project because she became a stronger person while filming the series.
When talking about the fantasy drama "Arthdal Chronicles," where she reunited with Song Joong Ki, Kim Ji Won said that it was a project that gave her new experiences. She wondered when she woould get another chance to act in that kind of series again.

Meanwhile, thanks to her drama "Lovestruck in the City," where she played Lee Eun O since her role required her to be good at surfing, the actress was able to conquer her fear of being in the water.
Before the video concluded, the "Mr. Sunshine" star thanked her fans for showing her love and support through the years, and she promised she will continue to work hard.
