Of course, topping the list of Korean stars with extraordinary real estate holdings are Kim Tae Hee and RAIN.
As obtained by a media outlet, in a 2020 episode of KBS 2TV's "Entertainment Weekly Live," the power couple belongs to the top stars with the most valuable land acquisitions.
Kim Tae Hee and RAIN reportedly have a combined real estate worth of 81.4 billion won or around 71.6 million USD. Among their real estate investments includes their shared home in Itaewon with a staggering value of 4.4 million USD.
Meanwhile, the actress owns three buildings in Gangnam with a combined estimated value of 12 million USD.
As for the singer-actor, he is an owner of a six-story shopping center in Cheongdam-dong and a private luxury villa, which values at 5.3 million USD
Song Hye Kyo
Once dubbed as "the queen of real estate" in a 2016 episode of tvN's "The List," Song Hye Kyo has invested in various properties.
With her high-end endorsement deals and continuing projects, the Hallyu actress bought three properties in affluent Samseong-dong but reportedly sold it in March 2021.
However, a month later, Song Hye Kyo acquired a building in Hannam-dong, Seoul which has two basement floors and three upper floors.

With her over a two-decade career as an actress, Jun Ji Hyun is also among Korean celebrities who have invested their hard-earned money into the real estate business.
This 2022, the Hallyu queen made headlines after she purchased an entire shopping mall building worth over 40 million USD. The said property is a three-story building located in Seoul's Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, and home to LG Electronics retailer and LG Best Shop.
Besides her recent real estate purchase, Jun Ji Hyun also owns a five-story building in Gangnam.
Bae Suzy

The "Anna" star bought a building in the affluent Samseong-dong area in Gangnam back in 2o16 for approximately US$3.3 million.
Bae Suzy's building is a mix of residential and commercial spaces. It has a total of seven floors and reportedly makes US$13,4000 monthly from rent.
