'Uncanny Counter' Season 2 To Possibly Begin Filming in October
On September 22, a media outlet announced that the production for "Uncanny Counter Season 2" might start in the last week of October. But it is still tentative since the team is discussing the drama's final cast members.

It was also stated in the previous reports that the original cast will make their comeback in season 2. However, based on the report from Newsen, Kim Sejeong, who is one of the lead stars from Season 1, received an offer for Season 2. In response, her agency Jellyfish Entertainment confirmed that the idol-actress has received an offer and she is positively reviewing it.
"Uncanny Counter" is a webtoon-based series that depicts the story of demon hunters who are also known as "counters." They disguise themselves as employees of a noodle restaurant and hunt down evil spirits who have come to Earth in pursuit of eternal life.

Jo Byeong Gyu, Yoo Joon Sang, and Yeom Hye Ran are yet to confirm their appearances in the drama's sequel.

Meanwhile, "Uncanny Counter" made a triumphant victory after recording the highest ratings in OCN's history. Furthermore, once the casting is already finalized, the production will immediately proceed with the filming. The release date of the drama is yet to be announced.

Yeom Hye Ran made special appearances in "Juvenile Justice," "Alchemy of Souls," and "Mask Girl."
